Description
All of our new Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven ‘purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning.
This course will help build parenting skills and give you the confidence to support your children's learning.
This short course is for parents and cares of neurodiverse children. It focuses on understanding the unique communication needs and challenges faced by children with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergences. You will learn evidence-based strategies and practical techniques to support and enhance communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal in neurodiverse children. The course will cover a range of approaches, including visual supports and alternative communication tools, social stories, and tailored interaction techniques. By the end of the course, you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to foster meaningful communication and strengthen relationships, helping neurodiverse children express themselves confidently and effectively.
