Description
This course is for residents living in the Birdholme area only. Relax, create, and feel better Join us for a relaxing and friendly course that uses simple textile crafts to help you feel calmer, more focused, and more connected. Each week, you'll try out creative activities using textiles. You don't need any experience, just come along and have a go. As you make things with your hands, you'll learn how craft can help you slow down, reduce stress, and feel more positive. You'll also have time to chat and connect with others in a safe, welcoming space. Mindful Makes is a chance to take a break, learn something new, and do something just for you
Who is this course for?
This course is for adults aged 19 and over who are living in the Birdholme are and want to improve their wellbeing and mental health through creative, hands-on activities.

Classroom based practical and hands on sessions. With help and support from your skilled tutor.
