Description
All of our new Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven ‘purposes' which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning. This course will help you to maintain your health and wellbeing. Bloom and grow will help you to improve your wellbeing while you learn about growing fruits, veg and flowers. Using raised beds, we'll explore the basics of gardening—from preparing soil and sowing seeds to nurturing fruit, vegetables, and a selection of flowers. Each session provides hands?on activities in a calm environment, offering time to unwind, connect with nature, and celebrate small successes as your garden comes to life. No previous experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
