Description
The Level 2 Award in Mentoring course is for anyone who would like to strengthen their understanding of mentoring and develop the skills needed to support others to become more confident, self-reliant and engaged in their progress towards their goals.
You will help learners to explore key mentoring skills and approaches, learn how to help people set realistic, personalised goals and work towards them, and learn effective ways of keeping mentoring records and supporting mentees to create action plans that make a genuine difference.
How will I learn?
Learners will attend 5 online sessions and work remotely for another 5 sessions via Nearpod, so self-study.
