Description
All of our Tailored Learning courses are matched to one of seven purposes which have been designed by the Department for Education to recognise the wider benefits of learning.
This course will help build on parenting skills and give you more confidence to support your children's learning.
Fabulous families is a series of fun, interactive evening workshops designed for children and their parents or carers to learn together. Each session offers hands?on activities such as art, crafts, building, gardening, and games. The programme supports parents and carers to develop confidence in helping their children learn, while giving families dedicated time to connect, explore new skills, and enjoy shared experiences. All activities are easy to take home or repeat at home, helping families continue learning together
This course is for parents/carers to join with their school aged children. Our courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
This is a classroom-based course. There will be practical activities with guidance from your tutor. The course will be a mix of tutor-led activities, individual work and group work. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
You may want to bring something to make notes.
This course is free and there are no other costs.
