Description
Not being advertised on the web. The course is for residents at the male unit in the Canaan Trust Long Eaton who want to know more about customer service and may be interested in working in a customer facing role. The Trust partners have requested this course. Some residents are engaged in volunteering and this will support their development and work ready skills. Trust have requested paper enrolments.
Who is this course for?
Residents of the male unit at the Canaan Trust in Long Eaton. Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a classroom-based course. Your tutor will guide you through and there will be opportunities to take part in activities and group discussions.
