Description

This self paced online session focuses on the 5 ways to wellbeing. Evidence suggests there are 5 steps you can take to help improve your mental health and wellbeing, these are connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give. You can complete this training in your own time.

Who is this course for?
Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over. This course is supported learning friendly. Once enrolled you will be sent the information required to access the training. Following this course you can enrol to one of our Brightside courses.

How will I learn?
Learning is self paced online using Nearpod.

What will I need?
You will need a device and internet to access the online session.
