Learn what apps are, how they work, and how to use them safely. Topics include: What an app is. Downloading apps from the App Store or Google Play . Understanding free vs. paid apps. Using different apps for daily tasks. Protecting your device. Understanding common digital terminology

This course is for Gamesley residents and perfect for complete beginners or anyone wanting to improve their digital skills.
How will I learn?
In a classroom using digital devices with a supportive tutor to guide you. Our group of courses will explore a new topic each session. We'll start with the absolute basics and build your confidence step by step. This course is ideal for learners with no experience or just a little.
What will I need?
Please bring along your own device smartphone/tablet or we can provide a device for you
