This course is for people living in the Birdholme area of Chesterfield. Come along to Hunloke Community Garden a beautiful garden in the heart of our community. We will be doing some simple gardening activities together.

This course is for anyone living in the Birdholme area of Chesterfield who would like learn some gardening skills and spend time in our community garden. Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.

This course will be delivered outside at Hunloke community gardens with practical activities. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.

Please come dressed for the weather- If it is cold wear warm clothes you don't mind getting dirty and a waterproof coat if you have one. If the weather is warm wear long sleeves and trousers and bring a hat and suncream. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots that cover your whole feet, no sandals or flipflops.
