Description
This free taster is for anyone who would like to try some simple crochet for the first time, as well as those looking to refresh or develop their existing skills. Come along to meet the tutor, find out more about our Crochet/Craft and Chat course, and discover how it can be a relaxing and rewarding hobby. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a chat and meet new people in a friendly and welcoming environment. Crochet is an increasingly popular craft that combines the joy of making with improved well-being.
Who is this course for?
This course is perfect for local residents living in Gamesley, and surrounding areas. It is a chance to meet and connect with others in your local community and is suitable for all ability levels. Our Tailored Learning courses are for people who live in Derbyshire aged 19 and over.
How will I learn?
This is a classroom-based course. There will be practical activities with guidance from your tutor. Your tutor will give you support and feedback so you know what to do to improve.
What will I need?
If you have your own crochet hooks bring them along, if not don't worry as the tutor will provide them along with starter materials.
